Note: We act as a Data Processor for Client End Customer Data, meaning we process it strictly on the instructions of our Client (the restaurant/hotel), who is the Data Controller.

A. For Our Business Operations (As Data Controller)
- Service Provision: To provide, operate, and maintain our Services and send service-related communications (invoices, updates, security alerts).
- Improvement: To improve and personalize our websites and Services, including for product development and platform analysis (e.g., optimizing the Restaurant OS features).
- Marketing: For marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending information about our Services or industry trends, only where permitted by law or with your explicit consent.
B. For Client Services (As Data Processor)
We use Client End Customer Data solely to perform the services contracted by the Client:
- Operational Support: To manage the functions of the Restaurant OS (reservations, POS transactions, order processing, reporting).
- Marketing Execution: To facilitate Digital Marketing campaigns on the Client's behalf (e.g., sending marketing emails to the Client's opted-in customers).
- Logistics: To manage the Delivery System (e.g., routing and delivery tracking).
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect the data.
- Affiliates: Companies within the Omni Food Network corporate family for business and operational purposes.
- Legal Compliance: When legally required to do so, such as in response to a court order or subpoena.
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

- Clients: If you are a direct Client, please contact us directly to exercise your rights regarding the data we hold on you as a Data Controller.
- End Customers: If you are a customer of a restaurant that uses our platforms, you must direct your data rights requests directly to that restaurant. As the Data Controller, they are responsible for fulfilling your request. We will assist our Clients as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
